I am picking up a second Eames style lounge chair this weekend. The other one I bought didnt have the quality I was looking for.
This one looks very close to the original HM. Seller says he doesnt know who made the chair.
Is this from China? or a Selig or Plycraft...?
I am about to cough up $500 for it on top of the $250 I paid for my other replica chair.
Cheers!

This looks very similar to the reproduction that's sold by Somaclassics. Hate to say, terrible quality. If I was you, save up and find a vintage piece which you'll not regret. I say that especially because you seem unhappy with the first purchase and my bet is you'll find this one unsatisfying as well. Just my 2 cents.

Sorry to say I agree its a poor quality version, Leather looks to tight and firm and possibly thin. save up and get an original vintage one. So much more character which lasts a lifetime.
