Found a little more info
I figured out that the stamps on the webbing remnants say
"ROTEX Natural Rubber" and "Dan. & Foreign" and "350". There is other writing as well, but I cannot decipher it.
From what I could find on this, ROTEX is the webbing product name, which apparently was used on older Danish modern furniture.
Any other clues out there?

Thanks...the beauty is that...
Thanks...the beauty is that it only set me back about $15.
I'm thinking about having new cushions made for it. If the back cushion is made to run the entire length of the back of the chair, I assume the cushion has to be designed with a slight angle in it? I would think a straight cushion wouldn't lay correctly?
Or maybe the cushion should be shorter than the back? What do you all think?

Angled?
Whitespike,
You don't think the cushion should be angled at all? Take a look at the highback danish lounge in the auction I've linked below. The first pic shows a straight cushion on an angled back chair...it looks strange, doesn't it? Am I correct in wanting to avoid this?
