Hello,

I've searched through all my books but cannot find a reference for these chairs. They may just be a rather generic design (and the plastic caps over the fixings possibly suggest that) but if anyone has an idea i'd love to know.I'm in the UK and suspect they are probably a British design.

BTW, I do plan to sell them at some stage, just in case you'd rather not ID because of this!

Many thanks for any help.

Forum rules clarification
It's OK to ask for an ID.
It's OK if you are going to resell it.
It's NOT OK for an appraisal, i.e. the ever annoying "I found this, how much is this worth?".
Artie, we've both been on this forum long enough to know how to do this, but to all the newbies that are reading this: once you know who the designer is, the value of your item can easily be figured out with a little google research.
That said, I don't know who designed your chair, but it is very nice.

CC41
The chair looks very similar to a CC41 chair I sold a while back, in terms of the springs / structure etc.. look for a faint logo in the wood somewhere.. took me ages to find it. All the best.

Thanks
Thanks creamandchrome (and beloved). I've had a good look and there isn't a CC41 Utility mark. Many thanks though...
