High Back Lounge - finger joints on arms  

Dunno who designed it, but it was made by Ulferts Fabriker AB in Tibro, Sweden.
This low back version is one that I reupholstered a few years ago. There's also a 2-person settee version.

I was not sure that the arms were teak from the pictures in the posting I found, but that is confirmed from your pictures. It actually has me a little excited now, those arms really look beautiful once refinished, and paired with that fabric, this chair looks to have some potential.
What is the fabric that you used, and approximately how much did it require?
How would you rate the overall construction of the piece?

Actually, I cant expect you to know the yardage, since you did the low back and this is the tall back, so scratch that question....

and I see that it was Maharam/Kvadrat’s Hallingdal from the post that you made on the subject. Sorry, I should have looked a little harder before responding...

Yep, Hallingdal 227 - it looks very dark on the Maharam site but my pics are pretty accurate, at least on my monitor. It has medium-light heather gray threads in one direction and light golden brown in the other direction. It goes really well with most wood colors.
These chairs are super easy to measure for yardage since they're just a bunch of rectangles.
I thought the chair was very well made but I'm not an expert at wood joinery stuff. I'm not even sure the chair is teak, though most people would probably say that it is, I guess. I fully expect Leif to say that it's afrormesia!
You have to be very careful to keep excess padding out of the joint where the back meets the seat, otherwise you won't be able to get them to fit together and have the other bolt holes between seat and frame and back and frame line up. It's also fussy work to get the fabric stapled correctly around the bottom corners of the back. Good luck!
