I found a chair very similar to the ones in the attached picture, but am having a hard time IDing it. If fact, the chair in the picture is exactly like the chair I found, except I think the chair in the picture is the rocking version.
Wood appears to be Ash, or something similar. Seat is supported with Rotex type webbing running front to back. The back rest tapers inward at the top. The arm supports terminate in a wedge-locked tenon that is visible on the top of the long swooping arms. Legs/supports are round, and taper at the top an bottoms. I know I have seen this chair before but just cannot place it.
I have seen some similar Baumritter chairs, but only in the short lounge, and none that had the tapering on the backrest. IT also seems to resemble the Baughman recliner for James Inc, but does not recline and the back is not finished. Seller insists it is Danish, but has no actual facts to back it up, and with the wood looking like Ash, I suspect it is really American, probably late 50s.
Thoughts?

I have seen one of these reclining/rocking chairs before. It is American.

The second chair pictured is Baughman for James.
