Help with teak drop leaf fold away desk wooden hinges

I recently found this desk. Made very well, wooden hinges, folds away very small and opens up to a pretty large deep desk. It still had paperwork in the desk that dated back to the late 1980s. Seems kinda like it could be from that era but IDK? Has anyone ever seen this guy before?

I am a sucker for a wood hinge, but that doesn't mean it is actually a particularly valuable piece. The casters look like they come from well past the 1960s. And the drawer construction looks doubtful.
All in all, I'd guess it is a generic piece from the 1980s or 1990s.
