All tags have been removed and no trademarks can be found. The arm is one piece of laminated strips. The back seems to be a solid piece of wood with a covering of leather (I think) and a zipper runs the full length of the back and seat bottom. However, there is no tongue on the zipper. The wood seat and back feel like one solid piece, but can't tell for sure.
