Help me identify this Percival Lafer rosewood lounge chair  

Hello,I recently purchased this Percival Lafer Rosewood Lounge Chair and have been unable to find the exact model and year. Its vaguely mentioned throughout the internet anywhere from 1950s to 1970s. Not even a wikipedia page dedicated to this forward thinking designer. Any help is appreciated. Also, as you can see the leather is worn and damaged. The leather arm straps (under the cushion) are frail and brittle. Does anyone here have a suggestion on restoring them? or how to bring them to a more reasonable condition? I was considering getting it reupholstered in Black leather but I know how some people feel about a restoration like that on an original piece. Thanks in advance for any information Derrick
