I bought this chair a couple of weeks ago and have had no luck identifying a maker. It is beech stained to look walnut and marked 'Made in Denmark' on the rear of the front stretcher.
I found only one other like it on 1stdibs where it is described as Finn Juhl style:

Does anyone have any further info / input? Thank you!

A friend just provided this photo and description of the chair, pictured in August 1957 House and Garden Magazine (UK) described as Armchair with ebonized frame and cane seat 'Jutland', £25, Trollope & Sons.
Trollope & Sons are/were a high end antique exhibitors in England. As the chair is marked 'Made in Denmark' I'm assuming they imported/distributed it?
