Looks like
late 80's, early 90's velour something. However, the little magazine stand is Frederick Weinberg, is it not? And the landscape over the couch is lovely.

Looks like pretty mainstream 70s or 80s contemporary modular seating, two corner/arm pieces joined by an armless section, yes? Doesn't look like a very high end fabric, more a medium quality synthetic of the era, which likely has a fairly sleazy hand. If it doesn't smell like cigarette smoke, it's probably not too bad to sit on and if there are any other pieces around you could perhaps configure a nice arrangement for the pit-lounge. Put some corny jazzy new wave on the turntable and enjoy it, good luck if you're hoping to cash it in for big $$$$$.
