Help ID Martin Visser-esque Leather and Chrome Tube Chairs  

I picked up a pair of these chairs in New York City a few years ago. The owner I got them from said they belonged to his grandmother, but that's all I know about where their provenance. I haven't been able to find any identifying marks and would like to know more before any attempt at repair. The chairs are about 22"L x 22"W x 30"H (top of seatback).
The Martin Visser SZ 01 lounge chair is somewhat similar, though there are obvious departures with the curved tubing and seat construction on my chairs. Any help would be appreciated!
