Help ID Danish dining chairs?

I just picked up a set of 5 of these, 4 sides and 1 arm chair, and I believe this may be the coolest set of chairs I've ever seen at a thrift store! But they are totally unmarked and I don't believe the vinyl to be original, just doesn't seem to flow right with the lines of this chair, too bulky IMO. I'll shoot some more pics of all of them if anyone is interested in seeing the rest. I'd love to know if anyone's seen them before and a lead on who may have designed or produced them!

Not Danish....
The chair is by Erno Fabry
Fabry Associates, Inc.
USA, 1957
walnut, upholstery
20 w x 22.5 d x 37.5 h inches
Literature: Interiors magazine, May. 1957, pg. 175

Wow, that was quick and I would have never guessed a Czech designer on this, would have taken me months or years to find it! Thank you very much!
I knew they had a great look but did not remotely suspect they would be worth $1k a chair at auction, very very psyched by this find! I'm on the fence about reupholstering them now since this appears to be the original vinyl, I'll need to see how clean I can get it and if they're usable in that shape.
