Help with ID this Danish Lounge Chair  

contenders could be
glostrup stole fabrik as they have several designs where the back is fitted to the side of the arms and have no cross member which the back leans on.
the other possibility being a generic make by one of the many many companies which produced the "danish" style.
that means horsnaes or Selig or even Heals who had many of their own interpretations of the scandinavian styles and ranges.
