My client owns this bar cart in South America and would like to purchase 2 more for his US offices. He is a huge Herman Miller / Eames fan, but he can't remember where he bought it from originally.

I know very little about Italian design, but the shape of your client's cart reminds me of these by Ico Parisi, and is perhaps a modern take on it. It's a place to start anyway.
