Possibilities
Hi Lisa:
I can`t help on identification, but I`m on the production side.
I see something interesting.
It reminds me like, like, like a bottle that had been cut the neck, or provably a blown piece, that once cut, was no polished.
The piece is apparently with little "finished quality" or perhaps "unfinished".
But is signed in the the place that looks unfinished!
So, I see three possibilities:
1) Go on with the identification, producer/designer.
2) Is a prototype, an experiment a little provocative. But like saying "don`t think is bad finished, I signed there...."
or
3) Are factory tests, like saying EL 23, shape EL, color 23, or something like that. If it is like that, I don`t see compulsory to put that info there, but is more clever that in the underside, perhaps easy to see, and not to be confused with a sign...
Saludos
