France and Son trolley, but who was designer?

Trying to find who was the designer for this France and Son rosewood trolley. I've only seen one other of these online from an auction listing last year, but that also didn't mention a designer. Does anyone recognise this item and know the designer? http://bit.ly/Franceandson

First off it is not a France and Søn piece. Definitively not. Based on the casters and shapes I'd say it is pretty late, like 80s or so. And I would not be too certain it is even rosewood (maybe, maybe not).
