I need some help id-ing this floor lamp. I've looked in every book and online and can't find anything. It's about the most versatile reading lamp I've ever seen. It can be adjusted in sooo many ways. The head of the lamp is white enameled metal, black enameled perforated metal and aluminum. The only marking is by one of the swivel mechanisms and it reads "DMI" (or possibly OMI). There's a few more pics in the photobucket album if you click the link at the bottom of this post

Nelson
It's a design from the Nelson office. It's the floor version from the "eye shade" series made by Koch and Lowey. There is a table lamp, two versions of the floor lamp, and a wall mounted lamp. Yours is missing the acrylic diffuser that would be at the end fitting into those two slots. The diffuser would have been either green or white. The eye shade lamps are fairly rare, and I think a great design. The perforated cover and the tube :handle" are designed to protect your hand from heat from the bulb when positioning the lamp.
