Hello everyone,
these are my new 4 chairs. They seem quite identical to the Fj55 I saw in the 1956 Niels Vodder catalogue posted in a tread here on DesignAddict. Also their (original) fabric looks the same... There is only one (little) problem: they don't have any marks/labels..
Any suggestions? Fake? Later production? Other manufacturer and/or designer? ...

Not too much...
I bought them in a dining set from a dealer who thought they were a Hvidt & Mølgaard for France and Daverkosen. The table was labelled and marked indeed. No marks on the chairs instead..
He told me he bought this dining set - and a Hvidt sideboard - during the nineties from a family located in the north of Italy.
I'm sorry, that's all but if it is helpful I can ask more infos on the provenance to the dealer.
They are very weird. All the Fj/Nv 55 chairs I found in my internet searches are different. The only one similar to mine four is that chair in the 1956 catalogue..
