Enameled/brass/chrome/swivel saucer desk lamp?  

I bought this lamp many moons ago, but have yet to unearth anything about it. You'd think with all the different design elements, eventually you'd be able to google the magic combination of terms, only known to the Google Gods apparently, but no such luck :(. Any ideas on where it might have been made or who might have made it? Maybe it's 'just a lamp', idk. That's ok too, because I love it 🙂
The shade and base are painted a creamy, off-white color enamel with the underneath of the shade being white, and it swivels. Thanks for looking!
