It resembles a
Jacobsen egg/drop hybrid in the MONSTER size?
Definitely looks fun!

By the way-
I just saw that the "drop" chair has been reintroduced. Whee.
Overman usually seems to be a good guess for "space age" lounge chairs similar to this, though what I've seen with that name has been more of the "pod" variety, always (?) upholstered in inexpensive black vinyl.
Your chair looks thick and comfy, I like the shape. Water stains are kind of a bummer though.
