pictured in its native environment.

Thanks.
You can not be too careful with the replicas available today. For example the Eaze lounge looks like a good copy.
Here are some more pics of the tags on it and certificate.

So forum consensus is that this example is authentic based on pics? If so I will go ahead with the purchase.
Thanks again.

Aunt Ray
As always, our beloved Aunt Mark's Ray reference makes me LITERALLY lol.
Literally.
Does it bother anyone else when you're looking at a piece online and the photos include offensive mishandling of the item? Upended Bertoias in an asphalt driveway? Rosewood Saarinen side tables face-down in a Piltdownian Gravel Pit? Eames 670 in a post-harvest alfalfa field?
It gives me "the angries."
Anyway, OP - congrats on a beautiful chair. I hope the manure washes out of the aniline-dyed leather.

RE: orange sticker
I don't know, these are pics from the seller. I hope all of the tags and labels look correct. I think it is from Canada.

Yes, I've seen orange sticker...
Yes, I've seen orange stickers like that dangling on showroom chairs. Is it stock leather?

Get this cluckin chair
Off the damn ground!!!!
That thing is worth upwards of 6500 including tax and delivery. Perhaps more depending on the tax in your state. What in the hell do you have it laying on the ground for? I hate to sound like a dwick but sometimes I think (especially on eBay) that people who put chairs on asphalt and dirt deserve to scratch them or something. This chair is real of course.

Eames Lounge
Everything looks good. LL17 is exactly the same leather as the VB05 all grain Edelman. The orange sticker is on the warranty card as it is supposed to be.
