Can anyone please help me.
I recently bought a chair off of craigslist for my office advertised as an Eames Herman Miller. I done a little research but i'm sure I've just bought a fake as it has no cast date stamp. no label behind the chair leather, and no Herman Miller stamp.
Is it possible its genuine by another manufacture or am i just trying to kidd myself?
any advice would be appreciated.

I think it's authentic. From what I understand, the sticker indicates the correct model, CA means it has the caster option, and L means polished aluminum base. The 11052001 indicates that it was made on November 5th of 2005. I'm still trying to find out why HM decided not to mark it as HM, still a mystery for me.
