Anyone know anything about this table? Is the stamp legit or just someone looking to make it seem like it's Danish?
The only picture I can find of something similar sliding leaf is here http://www.whitetrashnyc.com/products/peter-hvidt-drop-leaf-teak-coffee-table/466/#.VqrXTFMrJo5 and it is definitely not the same.

What make you think the "Made in Denmark" stamp could be a fake? Denmark has a pretty big furniture industry and not all danish furniture are valuable.
I noticed that the "Made in Denmark" stamps slightly differ from one maker to another. Maybe you should try to find a similar stamp on the Internet. That might lead you to a maker and/or designer. I actually managed to ID a mirror doing that...

Nothing really made me think it was fake, I suppose I am a bit of a skeptic : )
I'll do some hunting around, thanks!

This is definitely a known form for a table or desk in the in context of danish modern. Don't think I've ever seen it as a coffee table before, but I might be wrong.
