I have two matching blonde Lane tables. I don't know the how old they are.

A one drawer coffee table, 17 high x 48 wide x 28 deep, with flared legs. Style 11367 01 414002

A one drawer table, 32 high x 56 wide x 18 deep, with flared legs. Style 11367 08 314002. I've seen tables of this type referred to as a console table, sofa table and/or a wall table. Is one of those labels more correct than the others when defining a table of this size/type? Which would be preferred over the others, console, sofa or wall?

I would like to determine approximately how old the tables are and what would be considered a fair market value.

Suggestions appreciated.

"Sofa table" is the most appropriate term.
The tables are essentially worthless, Lane is pretty low-end. They look contemporary.
"Fair market value" is extremely subjective, but at a thrift store for example a person could most likely buy both pieces for inside of thirty bucks.

I agree with objectworship. This is your typical mass produced low end furniture for the massive chain stores.

Just an FYI, sold them both for $40 ($20 each).
Thanks to members objectworship and Chairz for their assistance.
