1) I know the pictures are very bad, but this is all I have!
2) Does anyone have info on this? ID? Country at least?

Baughman seems to be the accepted attribution. Although I don't think I've seen a marked example.

After commenting that I hadn't seen a marked example, I did find one online. I can't remember however, if it was for James or Thayer Coggin. Others on this forum have had success contacting Thayer Coggin for IDs through their website. Send them a photo asking politely for info, and they may hook you up with a catalog photo.
