Danish Stool - Unknown Designer/Maker

As ever, I would be grateful if anyone has any thoughts with identification. The stool below is made of oak wood with, I think, Halingdal 65 upholstery which made me think it's Danish. The other thing which made me think it's Danish is the joint construction which reminds me of the Johannes Andersen trolley. I lifted the black lining material on the underneath of the seat and couldn't find any markings on the frame. Have also had a look under 'oak' stools on the Danish Design Museum furniture index but couldn't find anything.
