Danish, Norway, Swedish adjustable lounge chair ID  

I recently purchased this gorgeous baby (Selig)and have scanned the internet for quite some time and was wondering if you pros could give me some direction as to whom the designer maker is?The fabric seat and back are a box cushion, self welt and ugly in color so I took these images without them! It has a couple of black stamps with numbers and a made in ????? stamp that I cannot read.It has 3 back position adjustmentsand the Fagass straps if that helps.I believe the wood species is oak, but am not sure.  Please help me make this determinationthank you all very much!
