Chair ID - curious  

Ok, before I get jumped, I am not buying the chairs, and not trying to hit some MCM jackpot. I saw these on CL and was curious. I did a little internet research and didn't turn up anything. I am just trying to learn. Does anyone know anything about these chairs? They look like some bastardization of a Wegner wishbone/cowhorn, and Alto stool (legs). Yet nowhere as beautiful or well crafted as either.

Is this just a chap knock-off? Without seeing them in person it is hard for me to tell, are all the screws an indication that they are not that well made?

Aesthetically, I think they are not bad, esp for $40.
