I saw this chair in an antique store and the price was a little high. I wanted to do my homework before I made the dealer an offer. Does this look familiar to anyone? The chair is bent plywood with vinyl cushions. They tilt and swivel nicely, and are quite comfortable. The dealer had them marked as "Thonet?" but that did not seem right. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have a very similar set of chairs, but just teak veneer without the seat pads. Almost exactly the same shape. Mine were all stamped 'made in denmark' on the underside of the chair. Like these:
