Jan Ekselius chair, though authoritatively conclusive info. seems to be slim pickings (?)

Further thoughts/ argument with self-
"Made in the USA"? It does look like it could very well be a high backed chair from the "Etcetera" series but I don't see any real info. online about this apart from auction houses that attribute it to Ekselius without apparent conclusive "proof". If it's not his design, it sure looks strongly influenced by it, anyway. From the eager/agreeable tone of the Ekselius website I bet they'd talk to you about it if you politely posed the question.
There are several similarly styled famous-designer chairs of this type of construction of stretch fabric over foam over steel... Ekselius, Mourque, Panton, Harcourt, Paulin... I'd imagine there are bound to also be a bunch of "unknowns" in this style (of varying degrees of quality) too.
