Can anyone confirm John Keal designed these?  

I've been told by a few that these are indeed by John Keal for Brown Saltman. I know they're definitely made by Brown Saltman because they are labeled. I've seen a few of these with the word "Constellation" stamped underneath, but mine does not have this but they are both numbered 209. My question is does anyone know of any reference material proving these were infact designed by John Keal or can say for certain that they are?
