Can anyone ID this chair?  

This chair and the matching sofa are for sale at my favorite resale shop and I am on the fence about making the purchase. It has a number of Danish modern elements - teak wood, straps to hold the cushions in place, easy to disassemble. It is unusual because the frame is held together by small "biscuits" that are placed in slots at the corners of the frame. Exposed wood dowels hold the leather straps in place. The cushions are leather. There is no identifying mark. Does anyone have any idea what these are? Are the Danish? Any info would be helpful. Thanks!
