Can anyone ID this 70's Lamp?

It's extremely tall, very heavy and the glass shade is thick and has some weight to it.

Surely not Sarfatti. Those bulb sockets are not Italian. I would say that this was made in the las 15-20 years. Although they seem like nice porcelain sockets the lamp looks like it was made in China for a higher end retailer. Not everything made in China is crap. Also the cord seems consistent with lamps in that manner. There could also be the possibility that this is a US made lamp and they used those chinesse porcelain sockets...That being said, I believe that it is a nice lamp, but not a designer piece or a gem.
