Thanks,

Maybe not?
Thanks Krenit,
I would like that to be the case, however trawling the web the only match for Kofod Larsen I could find that looked similar is this one below. Looking at the details the there is quite a lot of difference in materials and construction.
Any other thoughts? Anybody else care to chime in?
Cheers

Nice chair
It has some similarities to a design by Arne Vodder, but is less refined and graceful.

Maybe a little earlier?
Agreed it is a little less 'refined' than some of the big name designers. Perhaps it is a slightly earlier piece? The fabric choice and cording could also reflect that.
What do others think?

There was a dutch brand
called Bovenkamp (located in Hilversum), who made these kind
of designs.
I've owned a very nice sofa-set with great coffeetable and it exceeded the 'danish-inspired' style. I've found links in the past wich connected Bovenkamp directly to danish products (like they also imported) and assume the design was probably Folke Olson, but licensed in the Netherlands by Bovenkamp.

It looks very familiar.

Thanks all I really...
Thanks all I really appreciate the suggestions.
Have extensively googled the designers and manufacturers mentioned. Some come close but still not quite there in the details (not to say of course that every chair ever design and built appears online).
Attached are some extra photos showing details of the chair. Structure of the frame and shape of the back differs to any I could find online. Also note the fabric and use of the decorative cording, not piping.
Any further suggestions?

Has the fountain of...
Has the fountain of knowledge been exhausted? Is this one going to remain a mystery?
Thanks to everybody who has already contributed and would greatly appreciate any other leads/suggestions.
Cheers

Kurt Olsen, chair 245
Hello
I have the same chair with the number 245 stamped on the base and the faint logo for Slagelse Møbelværk next to it. The font of the 245 number is exactly the same which I have found on other more clearly marked items by Kurt Olsen. I have not be able to locate a 245 chair model documented anywhere else but this must be it 🙂
