Belgian / Dutch lounge chair to be identified  

Hello,
I would love to identify this lounge chair that exists - according to my knowledge - either in leatherette or velvet-like fabric.
I have seen some of them for sale in Belgium during the last years, so my guess is that it must be Belgian or Dutch but nobody I have contacted so far seems to know who designed or produced it.
The details are beautiful (buttons and breathing holes on each cushion, nice stitching, removable little pillow with counterweight, massive shining metallic chassis whose longitudinal lowe bar is also covered with the same leatherette or fabric as the rest of the lounge chair) and it is extremely comfortable.
