Assist With ID of This Chair

I came across these chairs yesterday, any idea who the designer is. Upholstery is Vinyl and they are 30-40 years old.
I have seen similar chairs with low back, but not like these.

They look like Pieff
But, it's not a design that I have seen before

Thanks for the input, you are correct these chairs are similar but not same as Pieff - I think there is another designer whose work is very much like Pieff with low back chairs.

You were both correct in pointing me to Jerry Johnson. I am grateful for the pic - that was exactly what I had in mind.
Do you know if they ever made these in vinyl upholstery or it was all done in leather by the licensed manufacturer of his designs?
