You talkin' home made? Other than the loose joints on the legs that need glued the chair seat and mounts mimic each other and fit tight. There are no extra holes in the underside of the seat that would lead me to believe the seat is from another chair and then retrofitted to these legs. All the screws(3 different lengths) are the same kind, but are the correct length for their individual applications and they fit the countersunk holes perfectly.

I can not say this is Plycraft for sure but have always seen it advertised as such. I have only seen that chair as part of a "gossip bench".

Thanks jdip. There are no signs of cross rails being cut to shorter lengths, since they are all perfectly rounded to fit the legs. Makes me wonder if they made a chair alone at one time.

That's exactly what it is. Part of a Pkycraft Gossip Bench or Gossip Chair. Someone simply removed the table.
