All Foam Furniture covered in Red, Pieces Fit Together Like a Puzzle--Who made this?  

I have five or six pieces of all foam furniture, covered in red cloth, that fit together like a puzzle: chair ottoman (brown), lounge chair, ...  They feel "free form" and plump, so to speak. I want to know who is the designer or manufacturer. I must have acquired it close to thirty years ago, second hand--likely manufactured in the 1970s or early 80s. A current Vitra piece reminds me of it, not so much in shape, but in its being made of foam and the red covering.Thank you,
