Quite sure it's something else, probably newer and even cheaper quality than Pearsall furniture. (Yes, I know Pearsall is hot now and prices are high but it's still not very well made stuff.)
The clunky square post legs and the wood trim that stops short of the ends of the sofa are two clues to the quality here. The cushion covers with wraparound fabric instead of boxed construction are another. Etc.
