If asked, I would encourage you *not* to restore or modify it until you know what it is. It is only original once, and if it turns out to be Bozzi or have similar significance, you will dramatically reduce its value to yourself and to the world if you restore or modify it.

Thank you for your advice - I thought it was an unnamed cheap furniture from the past and thought about adding some Scandinavian wool. Now I will not do this move...
