5 arm mid century chandelier..italian?(stilnovo) german? opinions?  

I have been searching for identification information on this light for some time...although I have found a couple with some similiar style of parts I have not come across anything the same...the previous owners were german and from the stash...may have actually had a danish furniture store at one time (likely late 60"s to mid '80s from the evidence.the cones are glass: the black marks and colored pieces are applied to the exterior thanks for your opinions
