That is Arne Vodder for Cado / France and Søn from the mid seventies. From his ugly period. Should be very well marked. Probably with a Cado medallion and a gold impressed FF stamp.
I have seen similar type of chair in Surplus furniture and mattress warehouse, when i visited there store last week, here in Canada . They have a huge collection of antique as well trendy designs. You should visit the store for these 🙂
