| How to get at the dirt in the fibers? | 2 Relevance | 13 years ago | NULL NULL | General discussion | |
| How to get at the dirt in the fibers? Hi, I'm trying to clean and restore 3 yellow/tan shells and they have a lot of dirt in the fibers. How should I get at them? Someone mentioned pickling agents. Anyone know what those are? I have had some success with sanding but I don't wanna sand until the cows come home and spoil my first one. I'm grateful for your advice! Nick | |||||

To get a feel for it in the room as a whole, put a mirror on the floor against the wall and you'll see ... | |||||
