| I got my dining room | 2 Relevance | 17 years ago | barrympls | General discussion | |
| I got my dining room from a friend at only $75.00 (and it's in perfect condition). I was not concerned that it had the contract base. I was just thrilled that it matches my 4 EC127 chairs. The square table I bought from Hive Modern two years ago has the segmented base and I actually prefer it. | |||||

| When viewing them pushed under my dining table... I like to think of my DCMs as sleek dining chair bots. They looks as if they could walk about if they so chose. I'm glad they let me sit on them. | |||||
| I once sat through a dinner... | 2 Relevance | 18 years ago | Gustaf | General discussion | |
| I once sat through a dinner... I once sat through a dinner in one. That was almost a year ago, as I recall, so my impressions may be a bit dated. But I found it relatively comfortable, provided one sits close up against the back. It offers few alternative sitting positions, which is OK for a dining chair. The height should be a fairly standard dining chair height. Probably 43 or 44 cm. What does the CAD file say? As for the armrests, I think they finished off slightly lower than the top of the PK dining table they were mated with. The height is good, really, ... | |||||

| Don't know if the pink dink... Don't know if the pink dink is a classic 🙂 1. Paul Mccobb Planner dining chairs. These are just too plain for my tastes. There really isn't anything interesting about them to me. 2. Aarnio ball chair. This chair is just too much. It's far too big visually and it makes too much of a statement ... and not elegantly. But then again, I tend to dislike the pop stuff. 3. Corbu LC1. This one is uncomfortable to a fault. 4. Pierre Paulin Ribbon chair. Paulin is one of the few pop designers I like. There's usually something very pleasin ... | |||||

| Weird. I made my dining table... Weird. I made my dining table top. It's round at nearly 42 inches. It's made of plywood with formica just on the top. I haven't had any issues so far, and it's been around 5 years. | |||||

| Dining chairs are more valuable as a set, generally The question becomes: are these dining chairs? I sort of see it as a dining chair, myself-- but sell them however you think you'll get the best price. Nothing 'immoral' about breaking them up, IMO. | |||||

| dining set id This is part of the Broyhill Brasilia line of furniture. There were two styles of chairs. Most are the 3 piece back, but occassionally you will find this single piece style - it apparently was not as popular. There are over 50 pieces in the line. Go to www.brasiliaconnection.com and take a look at many other pieces and a lot of information about the line. We have many matching pieces for sale at all times and specialize solely in this line of furniture. Enjoy!! http://www.brasiliaconnection.com | |||||

| i disagree My Kivis were designed by Heikki Orvola, who was (is?) no slouch when it comes to glass making. I think they look rather lovely on my Piet Hein dining table. They ARE pretty dammit. Any other Kivi fans out there in design addict land? | |||||
