| Help Identifying: Dining Table & Matching Chandelier (Possibly Retro) | 2 Relevance | 13 years ago | Yazaam | General discussion | |
| Good Evening, I need some help in identifying a dining room table and matching chandelier. They were probably purchased in the 80s or 70s, but could have been earlier (sorry not much help there). Each has chrome and what appears to be brass in certain places. The chandelier has 12 lights and on the inside of the place which each light comes from says "STILE LAMP. ART. M.D." It is very possible that they were not intended to be from a set, but rather they were purchased because they matched. They belonged to my grandparents, and unfortunately only one is stil ... | |||||

| I bought this table recently with a set of baughman dining chairs - I was told the table was baughman too but would like to confirm (or unconfirm) this. I've searched everywhere but cannot find the designer/producer associated with it. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. The only other reference to this table I have found is on this website - which also associates it with Baughman. Here is a picture of the table: | |||||
| ID help for a midcentury dining set | 2 Relevance | 13 years ago | thescientist85 | Identification | |
| Hello! I came upon this dining set on craigslist and I know I have seen it before but I can't seem to ID the maker. The seller said there were the remains of a silver seal on the back of the china cabinet and "Buffet primavera" marked on the back of the buffet. I would really like some help at least ID'ing the maker so I can get a sense of the value before I make an offer. Thanks in advance! (edited by DA - no links to items for sale please) | |||||

| Can anyone ID this dining set | 2 Relevance | 14 years ago | NULL NULL | Identification | |
| Hi and thanks in advance. I bought this a few years ago with the intention of restoring but I've only just got around to doing something with it. I've scoured the web for something similar but no luck. It was purchased in Australia but I think it extremely unlikely it was manufactured here, there are no markings at all and the proportions are quite small; the table is just 1250x750. If anyone can point me in the direction of an online resource for me to do more research I'd appreciate it. Many thanks. | |||||

| Help to ID these Danish MCM High Back Dining Chairs | 2 Relevance | 14 years ago | JeremyW | Identification | |
| I recently picked up four Danish mid-century modern style high back dining chairs at a local flea market. The wood frame is walnut, and the seller believed the naugahyde upholstering had been replaced at some point. There appear to be no maker's marks, but the bottom sides are covered due to the reupholstering. I am not hoping for any sort of quick profit off these chairs. I bought them because I loved their lines. Ideally I'd like to find some similar arm chairs so that I can sit six comfortably. Any guidance in identifying these chairs would be appreciated ... | |||||

| I'm trying to identify these chairs and it's driving me mad. Have looked at DFL, many web searches and my limited library but nothing really hits the right note. I think they look a bit Borge Mogensen ish ish ish....or maybe not. Very nice curved back rail, rest is teak. Any suggestions or directions to look in most gratefully received. | |||||

| Hi all, I've been struggling for a while to identify these dining chairs, they're beautifully made with sold rosewood frames. Sadly no makers marks, but I'm guessing they're Danish? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. | |||||
