Mid Century Child’s Desk with a set of drawers

This children’s desk was produced in former Czechoslovakia but was strongly influenced by Scandinavian furniture design. Its light blue formica top, curved legs and ‘floating’ drawers make this piece stand out from the ordinary. There are some clever details – three different sized set of drawers, a frame without any visible joinery as well as two steam bent solid oak legs. The desk has been recently refurbished and is in perfect vintage condition. There are two little chips on formica top and some minor wear and tear due to its age. The bottom of the top draw has a slight chip on the right side.
