The designer and producer of the cabinet are unfortunately unknown. However, the quality of the materials, perfect attention to every detail and overall high craftsmanship of the whole piece indicates that it is likely to be part of the H range produced by the UP Brno Furniture Factory, where the iconic architect Jindrich Halabala worked as an art director at the time. This table is in great vintage condition. Recent restoration has fully revived the rich colour of the entire piece, showing off the beautiful patterns on all surfaces. The entire piece has been hand finished by Shellac and Nitro varnishes in order to achieve the original gloss finish.
