Two Siesta chairs with high backrest in the sought after color combination black leather/black wood. Both chairs come in an excellent condition with slight signs of use on the wood. The leather is without any tear and wear. The lacing of the chairs is tight and shows no weariness. Great samples of this classic. Ingmar Relling did design this Siesta chair in the 60s for the norwegian manufacturer Westnofa and created an icon of chair design. These, from corved beech wood manufactured, chairs are a highlight of the minimalistic design of scandinavian furniture. The timeless design is still very popular and the chair are collectors items.
