Two Saw Lounge Chairs, designed in the 1950s by Ole Gjerløv Knudsen, manufactured in Denmark by France & Søn. When designing this great model, Ole Gjerløv Knudsen was inspired by Safari Chairs. He borrowed the twisted sisal rope, which gives the construction stability, from saws – hence the name of the piece. The chair can be dismantled or assembled in just a few steps. Despite the spartan material, the chair is surprisingly comfortable.

The chairs are made of beech wood and canvas. Apart from repairs in both seats (see detail photos) their condition is very good.
