A rare set of 6 dining chairs designed by Rolf Rastad and Adolf Relling and manufactured by Gustav Bahus of Norway. Designed in the 1950s. Made from solid Teak with original cane work seat and backs. This set was purchased new and has been with the same family and has just become available for the first time. Retaining original finish and cane. The chairs have a wonderfully rich warm patina. Please note there are a few faults to the cane work which are currently being rectified by a professional preservationist. Any replacement pieces will be matched very closely to the existing cane. The cane work is currently being undertaken. St949
